Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Our mission is Connect. Play. Belong. These rules keep communities welcoming for every player, on the courts and online.
Be a good court neighbor
Treat other players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, stalking, or targeting someone based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or national origin is not allowed.
Prohibited activity
- Impersonating another player, facility, or our staff
- Spam, bulk solicitation, or unauthorized advertising in messages and community feeds
- Posting false court listings, fake check-ins, or manipulating badges and leaderboards
- Sharing another person's private information without permission
- Uploading unlawful, obscene, or infringing content
- Scraping, reverse engineering, probing, or overloading the service
- Using the platform to arrange anything illegal or unsafe
Content you post
You are responsible for what you post, including messages, photos, kudos notes, court submissions, and community descriptions. You must have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to display it within the service.
Check-ins and scheduling
Check-in and scheduling tools exist to help real players find real games. Do not check in players who have opted out, and do not use these features to track or pressure anyone.
Enforcement
We may remove content, reset badges or stats, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice, depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
Reporting
If you see behavior that breaks these rules, report it through our contact page with the community, player, and what happened. Reports are reviewed confidentially.
